These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Cloud Gallery mobile app, developed by Canopas Software LLP. By downloading and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.
Canopas grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
Cloud Gallery does not store, process, or use any of your media content. The App solely facilitates the backup of your media directly to your chosen third-party storage provider, such as your Google Drive account. All media content remains under your control and is stored exclusively on your selected service provider’s servers (e.g., your Google Drive account).
By using the App, you agree that Cloud Gallery will access only the minimal necessary information, such as your name and email address, for authentication purposes and to provide the service. Canopas does not collect, store, or retain your media files, nor does it use them for any purpose beyond facilitating the service.
You acknowledge that Canopas is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or any issues related to your media content. You are solely responsible for the management, backup, and integrity of your media stored on your chosen third-party storage provider.
The App may integrate with third-party services, such as Google Drive. Your use of these services is subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties. Canopas is not responsible for the functionality or security of these external services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CANOPAS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CANOPAS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
CANOPAS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Canopas may terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Canopas regarding your use of the App.
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
This clarifies that Indian law applies to any disputes arising from the use of the Cloud Gallery app developed by Canopas Software LLP.
Canopas may revise these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the App. You are expected to check this page periodically so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
